Winchester Model 1892 Bore Reflector

Original Winchester Bore Reflector from the late 19th century. These slip into the open breech of a lever action rifle. The small diagonally mounted mirror allows the viewer to see down the bore of the rifle from the muzzle as well as in the opposite direction...from the chamber to the muzzle. Buyer beware...these reflectors will show you much more than you want to see just past the chamber revealing pits and corrosion that you would never perceive looking from the muzzle end. A very useful but hard to find Winchester tool. Believe it or not, there are guys in the know who still use them. Yes, I've met collectors and dealers who actually carry these to shows. This one is in Very Good Condition with 95% of the silver on the mirror intact.
