This is a rare Model 1894 Winchester tool for reloading the Model 1886 Winchester caliber 50-110 Express.  This is a difficult item for even the most advanced Winchester Collector to procure and the holy grail of all Model 1894 tools.  They didn't make many 1886's in this caliber and subsequentally, produced even less of the tools and molds in 50 Express. 

Overall condition is NRA Antique Fine retaining 50% of its original blue/black finish with the balance flaked.  The side of the tool is marked:
