A nice example of an early Ideal Model No. 6 Reloading tool marked for caliber "45-70 M" on the side of the lower handle.  This is their large size tool as it measures 10 1/4" in length. This tool has the bullet mold with excellent cavities.  Also features a bullet seater, bullet sizer, and recapping device.  Opposite side of the tool is marked with its Feb. and Dec. 1884 Patent dates.  Overall, this tool is in VG+ condition retaining approximately 40% original nickel with the balance turning to a very pleasing light patina that is smooth with no pitting or corrosion.  A nice example in a great caliber.
