This is a Colt Bullet Mold for the 1862 Colt Police and Navy Revolver. Two Cavity mold for round and conical balls. The top of the sprue cutter is marked "COLT'S PATENT". The right side of the mold body is stamped "36 P"....which I presume stands for "36 Caliber Pocket" revolver. There are two examples of identical molds pictured with the same marked pictured with a cased Model 1862 Navy Revolvers in R.L. Wilson's book "Sam Colt Presents" on page 164-165.
Good+ overall condition with an even gray patina overall...nicely marked. Typical nicks and dings and a few light pits. Cavities are good with no pitting..the conical chamber has 2 or 3 small nicks but should still cast a good bullet. A decent example of a hard to find original Model 1862 Colt Bullet Mold.
