This is a great looking Model 1882 Winchester reloading tool in the super-scarce 44 American Caliber.  You don't often find Winchester reloading tools made in other manufacturer's calibers.  Overall condition is excellent showing 90%+ bright original blue with some minor flaking on the handles and a few spots from closet rust.  The tool shows virtually no wear due to usage.  Top handle is clearly marked:
